The editor will email clients regarding prices, invoices, and the editing process.
Clients must pay invoices before the editor starts.
There will be no refunds after the editor has started.
If a client changes their mind and the editing process hasn’t started, they will be given a 90% refund.
If whatever reason the editor is unable to start the process, the client will be notified and receive a full refund.
All manuscripts that are sent to the editor must be in Word format.
